Holiday Baked Mocha Oats Recipe:
🍮 Mix 2 scoops Vanilla Collagen Latte powder
🍮 Add 1 cup oat flour
🍮 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp powdered sugar & a pinch of salt
🍮 Stir in milk of choice until thick and cake-like

What’s actually inside store-bought marshmallows?

corn syrup, sugar, dextrose, modified cornstarch, water, gelatin (contains less than 2%), tetrasodium pyrophosphate (whipping aid), natural and artificial flavor, and Blue 1.

But making marshmallows at home is shockingly easy!! and completely changes the game for your hot chocolate. Here’s how we make ours:

✨ Homemade Gut-Healthy Marshmallows

Add 3 tbsp beef gelatin and 1 scoop @marigoldfoodstx Collagen Peptides into your stand mixer bowl and let bloom in ½ cup water.

In a pot, warm 1 cup maple syrup until it gently bubbles, then slowly whip it into the bloomed gelatin and collagen until it becomes light, fluffy, and marshmallow-y. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract the last 30 seconds.

Pour into a pan, let it set, slice, and dust them with corn starch to prevent sticking!

They melt like a dream in hot chocolate. Which here is my recipe for that too!!

✨ My Refined-Sugar-Free Hot Cocoa
I start with my homemade raw chocolate milk (½ cup maple syrup, 1 half cup cocoa powder to ½ gallon of milk- I just posted a tutorial a few days ago). Then I gently warm it on the stove. not boiling, just enough to make it cozy and top it with our gut-healthy marshmallows.

Zero refined sugar.
Gut-friendly.
Kid-approved.
And it still feels like all the holiday magic.
