1 c greek yogurt
1 tbsp sf cheesecake pudding mix

* 1 cup pecan flour
* 1/2 cup of vanilla pea protein (used Nuzest)
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 cup of crushed freeze dried strawberries
* 2 scoops of Marigold Strawberry Sundae Grass-Fed Whey Protein (PHL for discount)
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 large egg
* 1/3 cup of buttermilk
* 1/3 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
* 1 tbsp of melted butter
Frosting and Topping:
* 1 cup of powdered monk fruit
* 3 tbsp of coconut milk
Toppings
* 4 crushed strawberry cookies (used @fancypantsbaker)
* 2 tbsp of freeze dried strawberries

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease your donut mold.
2. Mix dry ingredients: baking powder, baking soda, protein powder, and almond flour in a bowl.
3. Add in the wet ingredients and stir in the freeze dried strawberries.
4. Pour the batter into the donut mold, filling each cavity one-third full.
5. Bake for about 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Mix the ingredients for the frosting.
