I love all things apple flavored for fall so I knew I had to make some apple pie protein yogurts. These are perfect for meal prep too! Here’s how I made this

1 c greek yogurt
1 tbsp sf cheesecake pudding mix
1 scoop vanilla protein powder @marigoldfoodstx
Mix together until smooth and refrigerate
When ready to serve add 1/3 c sf apple pie filling. You can top with apple pie spice, whipped cream & caramel, sometimes I add graham cracker crumbs or granola too

Bake a big batch at the start of the week, then simply reheat for a quick, nourishing breakfast. Packed with protein from @marigoldfoodstx (Code: DEB), @bobsredmill oats, and @painterlandsisters yogurt—this one’s a family favorite! 💪✨

✨ Recipe:
3 cups @Bob’s Red Mill Protein Oats
2 bananas, mashed
3 scoops @marigoldfoodstx Creamy Vanilla Protein
1 tsp baking powder
1 ¾ cups unsweetened almond milk
1 (5.3 oz) container @Painterland Sisters yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 cup blueberries (tossed w/ 2 tsp monkfruit)
Optional: 1 tsp monkfruit + dash of vanilla paste if using plain yogurt

Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven 350°F.
2️⃣ Mash bananas in a baking dish, then mix in oats, protein powder, baking powder & almond milk.
3️⃣ Swirl in yogurt for a marbled effect.
4️⃣ Top with sweetened blueberries.
5️⃣ Bake 50–55 min until golden & set.
