These fudgy delicious rich truffles are the best chocolate candy/fudge I’ve ever made, you would never know they’re packed with so many amazing hair, skin, and nail benefits.
Just mix 56 g each melted sugar-free dark chocolate, softened butter and softened cream cheese with six scoops Marigold hot cocoa flavored collagen peptides. This brand is the best because they do not taste or smell like collagen at all, this literally tastes like Swiss miss hot cocoa mix! I love that It’s dairy free, sugar-free, gut-friendly and I’ve noticed real benefits since incorporating it regularly.
Mix with oiled hands to form a dough, then fold in a handful of Choczero’s sugar-free mini marshmallows. Roll in balls on parchment and stick in the fridge for a few minutes.
Melt some sugar-free dark and white chocolate in the microwave in 15 to 30 second increments with a tiny dab of coconut oil (stirring in between). Dip your balls in the dark chocolate, then drizzle with the white chocolate and pop back in the fridge or freezer a minute to set. Store in the fridge.
