Assess the Situation

As unappealing as it may be, hop on that scale, weigh yourself and set a goal to aim for. Visit a farmers market and stock up on fruits and vegetables, and enjoy eating as green and as clean as you can. Make sun tea, fresh smoothies and colorful plates of food.
