2 tosp coconut flour
2 tosp cacao powder
1 tsp ish baking powder
Sprinkle salt

Wet:
2 eggs
tbsp oil
1/4 c milk
6 blended dates with 1 tsp vanilla and 2

Whatcha Need⬇️
- @simplemills vanilla cupcake mix
- @marigoldfoodstx peanut butter collagen
- frozen raspberries

Preheat oven to 325. Make cupcakes according to box. Add in 2 scoops of peanut butter collagen to batter. Spoon batter into muffin tins and place 1-2 frozen raspberries in each middle. Top the raspberries with remaining batter. Bake 18-23 min, until firm!

For icing - mix 2 scoops of pb collagen with water. Add a few drops of water at a time, until it becomes thick like icing texture! Be careful not to add too much or it’ll be too watery. Top with a frozen rasberry and ENJOY🫶

🍫 ☕️ ☁️ hot cocoa truffles for hair/skin/nails

These fudgy delicious rich truffles are the best chocolate candy/fudge I’ve ever made, you would never know they’re packed with so many amazing hair, skin, and nail benefits.

Just mix 56 g each melted sugar-free dark chocolate, softened butter and softened cream cheese with six scoops Marigold hot cocoa flavored collagen peptides. This brand is the best because they do not taste or smell like collagen at all, this literally tastes like Swiss miss hot cocoa mix! I love that It’s dairy free, sugar-free, gut-friendly and I’ve noticed real benefits since incorporating it regularly.

Mix with oiled hands to form a dough, then fold in a handful of Choczero’s sugar-free mini marshmallows. Roll in balls on parchment and stick in the fridge for a few minutes.

Melt some sugar-free dark and white chocolate in the microwave in 15 to 30 second increments with a tiny dab of coconut oil (stirring in between). Dip your balls in the dark chocolate, then drizzle with the white chocolate and pop back in the fridge or freezer a minute to set. Store in the fridge.

I do love a convenient protein bar when I’m on the go and feeling like something sweet, but not all bars are created equal. There are a lot of bars full of a lot of crap out there, with long lists of ingredients you can’t pronounce, crappy sweeteners, tons of hidden sugars and carbs (and a lot of them have horrible flavors and textures).

When I discovered marigold’s fresh real food grass fed protein bars that taste like cookie dough and are so fresh you need to keep them in the fridge, I was impressed before I even tried them… But once I suck my teeth into them I was addicted!I don’t know how a bar that tastes this amazing can be so clean and high-quality, but they nailed it!

And the macros are really good, 20+ protein, 2-8 net carbs AND the total carbs are only around 10 so not 20+ like other bars!🙌🏼

My 3 top flavors are Texas pecan praline, salty caramel, and cookie dough… But they also have flavors like almond mocha crunch, pure joy, oatmeal cookie, and German chocolate cake! I like eating them right out of the fridge, letting them sit out for just a bit before eating, OR you can microwave a few seconds and watch them turn ooey-gooey!

Here’s what I used to make it
Yogurt layer:
1 stick cream cheese
1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
Splash @originenaturals vanilla extract
2 scoops (1 serving) @marigoldfoodstx strawberry sundae protein powder
1 container @chobani zero sugar strawberry cheesecake yogurt
1/4 cup @mooala_koala simple almond milk

Peanut Butter layer:
1 bag @choczero peanut butter chips
1 Tbsp coconut oil
2 scoops (1 serving) @marigoldfoodstx peanut butter protein powder

Here’s the steps to make it:
In a bowl combine all yogurt layer ingredients and mix until completely combined.
Grab 4 ramekins and add your yogurt mixture to each one.
In a glass measuring cup with a spout add the peanut butter layer items together and microwave in 15-30 sec increments until it comes out smooth.
Pour the smoothed peanut butter layer on top of the yogurt layer and place in the fridge preferably overnight.

Then when those sweet cravings are upon you reach for one of these out of the fridge and take your spoon and crack into some yummy goodness.

Macros (per ramekin): Cal: 408, P: 28g, F: 28g and NC: 5g

Our favorite snack hack this summer😎

Maeve is obsessed with popsicles so these have been a hit!!

✔️1 cup oranges
✔️1 cup non fat Greek yogurt
✔️6 scoops vanilla @marigoldfoodstx whey protein

Just blend well, pour into popsicle molds, and place in freezer until solid!

We made about 12-15 popsicles but just depends on the size of your molds.
