Ingredients:
🥚 5 egg yolks
🥛 1.5 cups half & half
🥥 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
🧂 Pinch of salt
🍯 1/4 cup allulose
🍓 1/2 cup dehydrated strawberries
🏋️‍♀️ 1 scoop @marigoldfoodstx Strawberry Sundae Whey Protein
🌿 Dash of vanilla

How to Make It:
1️⃣ Blitz those strawberries into powder using a coffee grinder or food processor! ⚡️
2️⃣ In a saucepan, warm up the half & half, cream, allulose, vanilla & salt 🔥
3️⃣ In a separate bowl, temper the egg yolks by slowly adding a bit of the hot mix while whisking like a champ! 🌀
4️⃣ Pour the tempered yolks back into the pot and keep whisking ’til thickened 🥄
5️⃣ Stir in the strawberry powder & protein 💥
6️⃣ Chill for 10–15 min in the fridge 🧊
